Shipping Information

KATIE CHARLESON is a luxury printed textiles and homewares label and all designs are printed with love and care by creative director and founder, Katie.

Due to the lifting of restrictions put in place because of the outbreak of COVID-19, we are now posting out orders Monday to Fridays. Orders after 4pm will be processed the following day.

Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail 1st Class and is charged as such.

The price for postage can be seen when you reach the checkout and select your country of destination as pricing is calculated on the size, weight and destination of your order.

OUTSIDE OF UK

Because of high shipping costs outside of the UK, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £12.50, plus £1 per extra item. Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and takes 5-7 days.

Please note that cushions shipped outside the UK will NOT contain an inner pad. This is to save on shipping costs.

Please consult the Royal Mail website for the latest dates for your country for delivery in time for Christmas.

Returns & Exchanges

Face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds and exchanges are given at the discretion of Katie Charleson. Products should be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase to:

Due to the nature of hand printed and made items, please be aware that there may be slight variations within your product before purchase.

FAQs

How will my order be packaged?

All KATIE CHARLESON products come safely packed into a waterproof and tear proof postage bag.

Where are the products designed and manufactured?

All KATIE CHARLESON designs begin life as a drawing or painting by Katie. Then according to whichever technique is most complimentary to the design, the work is hand painted or screen-printed by Katie in her Edinburgh studio. The fabric (sourced from UK suppliers) is then stitched together by Katie herself. If manufacture does need to be outsourced, then it is always kept local.

Can I commission bespoke work?
