What information do we collect?
If you make a purchase from our online store your name, address and email are held securely within our website as a record of the sale. We will not give anybody access to your information and access to your information is limited and restricted by passwords.
You have the option to sign-up to our mailing list on our home page or at checkout. We use our mailing list to share news about upcoming product launches, special offers, other events and news related to KATIE CHARLESON. By signing up to our mailing list, your name and email address will also be securely held by our mailing list providers, Mailchimp and Squarespace. You can update your subscription preferences or opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe".
KATIE CHARLESON processes card payments securely through a third party payment system called Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payment information is also governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you place an order, sign up for our mailing list, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
