Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the KATIE CHARLESON website. By placing an order with KATIE CHARLESON you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Due to the nature of hand printed and made items, please be aware that there may be slight variations within your product. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

KATIE CHARLESON processes card payments securely through a third party payment system called Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payment information is also governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or Special Delivery and is charged as such. Parcel Tracking numbers are available on request. 

Because of high shipping costs outside of the UK, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10, plus £3 per extra item. Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and takes 5-7 days.

Please note that cushions shipped outside the UK will NOT contain an inner pad. This is to save on shipping costs.

Refunds and exchanges are given at the discretion of Katie Charleson. We do not offer refunds on sale items. Please email or phone us before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Products should be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase to:

We are unable to refund postage. Customers should familiarise themselves with care instructions prior to purchase.

 

If you are placing a bespoke order or commissioning a design, Katie will issue a quote after initial discussion of the project. This quote is an estimate only and the final cost could be more or less expensive depending on external factors. Once the quote has been accepted by both parties payment terms will be agreed and a contract will be issued. You are bound by these payment terms and any payment not received will result in no further services being rendered. We are unable to offer refunds on bespoke items.
